Quite often at home we find an excuse not to meditate and as a result lose our rhythm of daily practice. Group meditation helps to bring back the momentum in one’s meditation practice, as well as it is encouraging and motivating.
In group meditation people with same wavelength come together with the same intention and this helps to raise awareness and recharges the body. People tend to be motivated one another and this in return raises the individual’s vibration and infuse to walk firmly on this path.
In group meditation one gets the possibility to interact and learn about other’s experiences, thus giving the ability to observe self-progress in meditation.
